Students applying for the Academy will sit for three placement exams in Mathematics, English & Arabic, along with a personal interview with the student if needed.
A student will not be registered unless he fills in the registration form.
In case of withdrawal, a written notice must be given before the beginning of June.
Old students are registered for the new academic year only if the previous due amount of their tuition fees have been settled.
Kindergarten & Grade One
Students born in 2023 are admitted to Play Group.
Students born in 2022 are admitted to KG1.
Students born in 2021 are admitted to KG2.
Students born in 2020 are admitted to Grade One.
Required documents
For Jordanian Students:
A transfer certificate from the school from which the student transferred, duly authenticated.
The student's school record from the previous school.
Last school results report.
Copy of the Jordanian family book.
Copy of the vaccination card.
Two passport-sized photos.
Copy of the passport for students in international programs.
The performance record for students from grade four and above.
A financial clearance certificate from the previous school.
Medical reports for chronic illnesses.
For non-Jordanian Students or Jordanians living abroad:
Copy of the passport.
Copy of the valid residence permit (for required countries).
The latest certified school certificate from the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Jordanian Embassy.
Acceptance letter from the Private Education Directorate.
