2- Early Payment Discount:
A 10% discount is granted for full payment without installment or deferment before (1/July) of each year preceding the registration year, provided that the payment is made in cash.
A 5% discount is granted for full payment without installment or deferment before (30/September ) of each year preceding the registration year, provided that the payment is made in cash.
